Today’s ‘voice’ comes to us by way of an amazing Acute Monocytic Leukemia ‘Survivor’ who’s journey into ‘Survivorship’ began at the age of 17, Eric North. Eric was misdiagnosed twice but never once looked back. His perseverance shined through each and every day that he fought forward. His honesty is truly inspirational and once again we are given a great opportunity to see another perspective on this thing that we know as ‘Survivorship’! We can’t thank Eric enough for sharing his ‘voice’ with the “Voices of Survivors Foundation”! It’s all about ‘Survivorship’!

The “Voices of Survivors Foundation” is devoted to exploring what ‘Survivorship’ means to the individual ‘Survivor’, whether they are recently diagnosed, in-treatment or post-treatment, in a variety of documentary formats. Each ‘Survivor’ helps define what this means to not only themselves, but also gives insight to others who are on this journey as well, either as a ‘Survivor’ or a ‘Co-Survivor’.
